Special Kudos to Neil, Gino and maintenance team! Outstanding work! On a hot and humid summer day my AC stopped working. Called maintenance in evening hours and Neil was shortly at my apartment. After brief inspection - turns out the AC compressor had to be replaced which is no easy or fast task since the AC unit is quite heavy. Neil called in support and Gino was at my place within 30min. Together Neil and Gino did an outstanding job to fix the AC - all while during evening hours! Delighted with the support and competence of Neil and Gino! my AC is back ON and nicely cooling my apartment during these hot summer days.

I have lived at The Villas at Northstar apartments from May 2017 until Jan 2022. Overall the safest apartment complex in Ann Arbor. Great location with easy access to parks, trails and shopping. Assigned schools for this apartment complex are great. Leasing staff are professional, special thanks to Sam and Karl. Maintenance staff were outstanding, fixing most issues within 24 hours. There are amazing State Parks and Metro Parks near by. Independence lake park and Springmill pond are swimmers delight and are very close by. Winter time maintenance was the best compared to other neighborhoods. I would surely recommend these apartments to anyone. Even I had a couple of maintenance issues that took about a month to resolve but that was just one outlier. It was an amazing 5 years of stay and we have plenty of beautiful memories attached to this place.
