A mixture of glass front and wooden cupboards accentuate prized and precious dishware while hiding Elsa tumblers and cereal bowls for a photo-ready environment practically all the time. Upstairs we head to what we call "kids quarters" where they have their own living space complete with built-ins for a homework desk and separate crafting table, plus toy storage cubby shelving and entertainment center space. Both upstairs bedrooms can fit two queen beds with remaining dresser space; closets have side shelving space in addition to standard size hang bar. His/her bathroom, linen closet, balcony, and walk-in attic access for practically temperature controlled storage that's easy to get to. Plus the second floor attic for larger storage and holiday decor accessible with the typical ceiling stairwell found in the balcony-side bedroom. Underneath the house, you'll find a workshop complete with a toilet and sink, and a garden shower piped on the other side of the wall. Perfect for converting into a separate space for the transitioning adult child or junior college kid. Or enjoy as is and take advantage of having somewhere to hide all your unfinished projects and shower outside with the song birds. Definitely handy for keeping beach sand outside where it belongs.
