About 2800 Dysart Rd 1
One furnished bedroom available November 1, possibly sooner if needed, in a shared 3 bedroom house one block from the Gorge. Cat and cat size ,or smaller, pets ok. Bathroom is partially shared with one other person (other person bathes in other bathroom so you have the tub to yourself). $650 per month inclusive of utilities.$325 deposit. Room available is 11 ft 8in X 11ft with lots of light and nice size closet. Furnished with double bed, desk and comfy desk chair. Bed and bath linens provided if wanted. All rooms are on the main floor of the house, free shared laundry is downstairs. There is a large under-utilized backyard and patio area out back. Kitchen is good; it has a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and best of all, enough room for more than one person at a time. We are looking for someone who is relaxed, independent, responsible, reasonably tidy, and easy to get along with. There are three good natured felines in residence. There's one student living here. Must have references.
