Kitchen is not an eat in kitchen as the dining room is right next to the kitchen. House has refrigerator, stove, and microwave. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on second floor. The house has many upgrades including a new kitchen and new flooring throughout. There is a washer and dryer hookup in the basement. Natural gas and central air. There is a small yard in front and a larger yard in back. The backyard goes downhill. The upper section of the yard is approximately the length of the house and 8-10 feet wide. Looking for a long term renter. Tenant is responsible for mowing front yard and backy. Tenant is also responsible for snowplowing/shoveling and salting of sidewalk, driveway and stairs during winter months. Other responsibilities include putting out garbage and following city rules for removal of garbage according to city of Gloversville schedule.
