A home in Ottawa, close to everything: University of Ottawa, Carleton, Foreign Affairs (Global Affairs, GAC), Embassies, Byward Market, Parliament, Downtown, Loblaws Grocery Store, Museums, Bike routes along Rideau Canal/Rivers and more! Lots of century-old character inside and outside, with solid white baseboards, shiny hardwood floors and lots of windows. The pushed-air from the central air-conditioning and heating system keeps our duplex warm in winter and cool in summer! Nearby Rideau River and Canal, tennis courts, Gatineau ski hills, Major Hill's Park, which is across from magnificent museum by architect Moshe Safdie: National Gallery of Canada! Plenty of bike paths all around this bike-friendly city! We could lend you one to start! Note that this will be a short term rental. It will be rented for 30 days at a time (month to month) and, tentatively, only from the end of January to the end of March or April.
