Since May 2023 we have not had problems. We turn in work orders, and they are done within a week at the most. Prince has always been top-notch. The staff that works in the lobby has been great. The new coffee shop is great. A workout area is available less than a block away. The pool is good. The laundry situation COULD be better, but they allow portable units to clean clothes if requested. We have not had to do that. We can only speak about what we know. (Congress Building)
