This rental has an attached one car garage and there's plenty of parking for your guests. Community offers a clubhouse and tennis court. This location is very popular with people working at UM Medical Center. On the AATA bus line, only a five-minute drive to downtown Ann Arbor, and around the corner from all major highways. New flooring and appliances being installed in 2025, along with a full interior paint job.
