Each available townhome features a layout similar to the photos shown online (furnished images are for illustration only). Homes include stainless steel kitchen appliances, including refrigerator, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. All townhomes are equipped with electric mini-split systems providing efficient heating and air conditioning year-round. Floor plans, yard sizes, square footage, and parking configurations vary slightly between homes. Some units offer larger or smaller private yards, and both on-site and street parking are available. Move-In Special: Rent special credit of $1200 off rent over 12 months. For move-ins completed before the 15th of the month, up to $600 may be applied toward move-in costs, with the remaining balance applied as a monthly credit of $50 or $100 over the 12-month lease term.
