Laundry area has washer and dryer with laundry sink. Garage is private, with outlets, keypad, and remote opener. Flexible possession starting 8/11. No smoking or vaping inside or outside of unit. Monthly gross income needs to be three times the housing expense. Background and credit checks are required, minimum 620 credit. No undergraduates, no pets.
