When you walk in you are greeted with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The first bedroom is located right off the kitchen with plenty of closet space. The kitchen offers ample hosting space for intimate to larger gatherings. The dining room offers an abundance of natural light with a beautiful view of the backyard. The beautiful brick walls lead you downstairs where you will find two bedrooms, laundry, and extra storage space. It is the location that truly defines this home. Blocks from the greenbelt, you are within walking distance from Esther Simplot Park, Kathryn Albertson Whitewater Park, and an easy bike ride to Boise downtown (BoDo District) and Boise State University. There are cool restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and beer gardens all within a few minutes walking. With close access to the “Connector,” you are never more than 10 minutes from anywhere in Boise in a car or on a bike. The backyard is shared with another tenant who resides in the cottage in the back.
