The beautiful brick walls lead you downstairs where you will find two bedrooms, laundry, and extra storage space. It is the location that truly defines this home. Blocks from the greenbelt, you are within walking distance from Esther Simplot Park, Kathryn Albertson Whitewater Park, and an easy bike ride to Boise downtown (BoDo District) and Boise State University. There are cool restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and beer gardens all within a few minutes walking. With close access to the “Connector,” you are never more than 10 minutes from anywhere in Boise in a car or on a bike. The backyard is shared with another tenant who resides in the cottage in the back. Small dogs are allowed with a pet deposit of $525, SORRY no cats. **No smoking** Tenants are responsible for all utilities. A $100 Admin Fee will be due at key pickup.
