We have no residential neighbours and are located on the top floor of building with 2 small commercial shops below. They close at 6pm on weekdays and weekends. Ideally-located in front of Fairway Market/Cascadia. On #4 bus route to UVic #6 route up and down Quadra. Freshly renovated with new appliances: washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave. Two skylights. All hardwood floors-- true hardwood, not laminate. Open concept living-dining room. Modern and simple decor, usually kept tidy but not perfect. Large bathroom. Windows facing all 4 directions. Parking spot. Large closet spaces and a layout that allows for privacy. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking up a storm. Large dining table for dinner parties. Back deck for summertime sunsets. Phonograph and records. Comfortable, sectional sofa. The open concept in the living room is used for yoga, qi gong and dance practices. Unfurnished with large double closet + parking space: $625. Includes heat, hot water, electricity and wifi. Month to month from April 1st onward. The other room is rented through AirBNB and has even more closet/storage space, used as a lounge when there are no guests. Would love to live with: - low impact, self-aware, creative, open-hearted person - studying or working full time with regular income - those who are excited by life and respect life in all its forms - occasional drinkers and 420 accepted, though no smoking inside - body workers and spiritual practitioners are most welcome - ideally you are between 34 and 45 but I'm open - I am up at 6 and out the door by 7:45am most days so a schedule that jives with that would be great This place is an absolute gem and I would love to find people who would appreciate it with me. I love being introduced to new things, a homey atmosphere, good cooking, good laughing and allowing for psychic space.
