You're welcome to add to the garden if you're into growing! Plenty of parking available in front of house off the street. Home owner lives in the studio behind the house and comes in to use communal spaces. One renter currently in secondary bedroom. We are both in our mid 30's and looking for similar. Good vibes welcome. One dog and one cat currently living on premises. No more animals allowed unless they are well trained, calm and get along with my animals. The house is old and cozy with plenty of charm. At the end of the road is a park with a half pipe and walking path. There are three steps to the porch to enter the house. BIPOC & LGBTQIA to the front of the line. If interested please complete pre screening. I'm looking for a single occupant due to there only being one shared bathroom for both units.
