We are 2 Carleton students, one male and one female, looking for a third room mate to share our 3 bedroom apartment. The room is appox. 10ft by 15 ft, theres a decent sized kitchen, living room, balcony, lots of closet space, and 1.5 bathroom, and an indoor pool on the premises. We have not yet signed the lease, but are hoping to do so this weekend, so if you decide this is the place for you, great you can sign with us, and if its after this weekend we can just add you to the lease. Its pet friendly, but if your pet is unfriendly towards other pets there might be a problem lol We are looking for someone who is clean, but not OCD about cleaning, who likes to have fun, but not partying every night of the week, and they must be approved by the landlords (not a difficult process). Rent is 450 all in, close to Carleton University (walking distance), and about a 15-20 min bus to uOttawa.
