Enjoy living in this unfurnished three bedroom two bath house with 1 car garage located in a residential east Clearwater neighborhood. This house has over 1100 sf of living space, plus a 1 car garage with laundry area, plus a screened back patio and a large fenced back yard. This house is located in eastern Clearwater, close to Safety Harbor and a short drive to downtown Dunedin or Honeymoon Island. Easy access to Tampa or TIA via McMullen-Booth Road and Hwy 60. This house is available for mid-June occupancy. This house has a “mud room” inside the front door, and tile floors throughout for easy care and cleaning. Large living room leads directly to the kitchen and adjoining dining area. The kitchen has a full size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. All three bedrooms have generous closets. The main bathroom includes decorative tile in the shower. There are two closets in the hall by the bedrooms for additional storage space. The 1 car garage has an expanded driveway with plenty of off street parking, a second full bathroom which is air conditioned, and a washer and dryer which have been provided for Tenant use. Enjoy sitting in the enclosed screened porch, or hanging out in the large enclosed back yard which has a separate garden shed. Newer central AC unit, plus ceiling fans throughout the house to help keep you cool. Polished terrazzo and tile floors throughout for easy care and cleaning. Lawn care is included in the rent! First month rent of $2395 and $2395 Security Deposit are due at lease signing. We reserve the right to also require a last month rent. Our application fee is $75 per person, and excellent references are expected of all applicants. This is a no smoking and no vaporizing unit - and we mean it! One small pet will be considered with fee, but no aggressive breeds are allowed.
