About 2635 Stringham Avenue South
Large Room Near U of U & Sugarhouse Starting May 5 I have to move back to Iowa early May and I will have 3 months left on the lease. You can stay just for the 3 months, or your can renew the lease once the 3 months are up and stay indefinitely. I've lived here for all of my undergraduate degree at The University of Utah. This is a large room in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment has a deadbolt on the main door and your room has two locked doors that I have the only keys for. The apartment building also has a key fob locking mechanism. The apartment has a living room and a kitchen. The other bedroom is occupied by a Computer Science Sophomore of the University of Utah. He keeps to himself and is a very good roommate and citizen in general. Your room has it's own balcony, sink, and a walk in closet. It is a very large master bedroom. Pets are allowed. The apartment complex (Foothill Place Apartments) is very close to The University of Utah and Sugarhouse. The apartment complex has a bus stop that goes straight to and from the University of Utah and Sugarhouse. It has 3 gyms, is pet friendly, 2 swimming pools, a game room, a rock wall, a dog park, a bike repair shop, recycling pickup, Luxer One mail security system. The apartment complex is in a very safe neighborhood with a Walmart, coffee shop, and gas station in short walking distance.
