About 2632 Quebec Street #26
Private room in 2 bedroom apartment. Looking for a new roommate (just one and sorry no fur babies, I already have two:) for November 15 or December 1 in Vancouver, Mount Pleasant (I may be biased but in my opinion the best location in Van!). It's a beautiful heritage building with high ceilings in an amazing location: right by main and Broadway with tons of shops, restaurants,cafes, grocery stores but the building itself is in a quiet spot, just around the corner is a cute cafe- the Federal Store. 15 minute walk to skytrain, 2 minutes to 99 B line, less than ten minute bike to downtown-I bike everywhere-great bike location near Ontario and tenth bike routes:) The bedroom I'm renting opens onto a shaft thing in the middle of the building so it doesn't have fresh air from outside coming directly into it. If it's a deal breaker for you though I should mention it! Don't wanna waste your time. The room comes with bed, mattress, dresser and mattress cover. Fully furnished, has all the kitchen supplies I think you'd need. Rent is $950, Internet included, hydro split evenly which isn't ever more than 20$ each, it includes a cleaner once a month for a couple hours. Please send me a message telling me a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a roommate and home, please include how long you're wanting to stay. If I think we're a good match I'll send you a longer description of the place and a sign up for a viewing if you're still interested:). I'll take this post down once I've found a good fit (so please don't ask if it's still available, I get this a lot).
