The full basement is unfinished but is a fantastic space for a storage, a home gym, or even a man cave? It's located near hiking trails and Chena Lakes Recreational Park. Tenants pay $2,500/month plus electric and heating oil. There is a private well and tenants must haul their own trash. Tenants are also responsible for maintaining the lawn maintenance and snow removal. May allow pets upon approval and is subject to a higher security deposit.
