About 2625 Partridge Dr #1
Fantastic brick home in an excellent location, zoned for Sherwood Elementary School, and Westover High School. Even though the home is located directly opposite Westover high, this is a very quiet location. The entire home has been freshly painted, with several new light fixtures and ceiling fans, new doorknobs, etc. From the front door you enter the living room; the far left is the dining area. The bright kitchen is behind the living/dining room and is open to the den. A door in the den gives access to the fenced backyard. On the left of the kitchen are the large laundry room (with a door to the backyard), and the 4th bedroom (this is the only room with carpet). Because of its location, this would be perfect for a home office as well. A door in this bedroom gives access to the large storage room. The primary bedroom, as well as the other bedrooms, are off the hallway on the right side of the house. The living room, den, and 3 bedrooms have hard wood floors. The primary bathroom is updated and has a large tiled shower. Yard maintenance and monthly pest control included. A non-refundable application fee of $45 is required for each applicant signing the lease. All proposed occupants 18+ are required to pass a background check ($20 non-refundable application fee per additional occupant). Pets are allowed with restrictions. Max 2 pets, no pets over 30 lbs. $300 non-refundable pet deposit per pet and proof of vaccination required. Renter's Insurance required. Must be at least 21 to apply. WE DO NOT ADVERTISE ON CRAIG'S LIST OR FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE.
