The lofted bedroom is large with a walk-in closet and a private door to the balcony, sip your favorite beverage while taking in the amazing view of the mountain range. This unit has private parking and a private driveway separate from the home owners driveway. This would be a great place for a single person or couple. Pets will be considered with previous renters references on pets present in the home. Any pets that will be residing in the home will require a $500.00 pet deposit that is refundable upon move out inspection, and a $25.00 monthly pet rent per pet that will not be refundable. Rent is $1900.00 monthly with rent including heating and snow removal or $1750.00 with snow removal being the tenants responsibility. First months rent and deposit due upon lease signing.
