If you don't like steps, this set up could work for you. Very high ceilings in the living room with an open kitchen layout. TONS of natural light coming in with all of the large windows. There is also 1 more bedroom downstairs with a big walk in closet. This bedroom is connected to another full bathroom. This room could also function as an office. Part of the lot is high fenced so your dog can run around. HUGE GARAGE that could accommodate a RV or boat + multiple cars. This big garage could eliminate the need for an extra storage unit and the bill that comes with it. The pictures attached of the garage are older (have the RV pics for reference). The RV is no longer on site. The private well will eliminate any water bills. The electricity is supplied by The Bandera Electric Cooperative. Trash pickup will be an extra expense along with your internet service. ***Minor touchups and detail cleaning still going on. Yard clean up as well. Deck getting stain touchups and a few more boards changed out along with gate repair***Should be done in the next week or so***
