Lease is available for August 15th but can likely hand over keys a week early. Please message to schedule a viewing as it is currently tenanted. 2-bedroom garden suite in a home with lots of natural light and windows, 7’ ceiling height, brand new flooring, brand new appliances (not yet pictured), above ground, and in a house with outdoor space dedicated to the suite as well as access to the hot tub on site with a quick text for landlord approval (to ensure chemicals have been tested). The rental includes an additional storage area for items to be stored under the home. 2nd bedroom is an awkward shape, ideal tenant would work from home and use as an office, but a small bed would fit if needed. Laundry is shared, but closed off from both basement and upstairs and available whenever free. The price includes all utilities (heat, hot water, electricity, etc.) and internet. The home is on a quiet tree-lined street that is walking distance to some of Vancouver’s most hidden gems. 10 minute walk to Port Town with a bunch of bars, restaurants, and breweries (Parallel 49, Powell Brewery, Storm Brewing, Andina, Callister Brewing, Boombox Brewing). 5 minute walk to Hastings St and Nanaimo with groceries, bars, restaurants and everything else you could need. 15 minute walk to New Brighton park (beach, outdoor pool, park, fenced dog park) and minutes from a ton of other beautiful parks. 20 minute walk to Commercial Drive and all of their restaurants, bars, and shopping. Lastly - a quick 10–15-minute drive to Downtown Vancouver! Cats are welcome and dogs upon approval.
