About 2537 Graham St
I have a 3-bed, 1-bath suite in Quadra Village available for May 1. It has hardwood floors, a dishwasher, lots of kitchen cupboard space, a washer and dryer, some storage space, a backyard with some gardening space, secure bike storage, space to park (in addition to street parking), and is cat-friendly. There are 4 months left on the lease (which I will need to be taken over -- I don't want to sublet) with the option to renew for another year September 1. Rent does not include utilities or hydro, but with those the total price would be about $1900 or so a month (or, if you're a group of students or something, about $630 per room). The street is really quiet but the house is close to everything you may need as well as pretty close to downtown and only a 15 minute bus ride to UVic and Camosun.
