The home also includes a large fenced-in yard and one car detached garage. Window AC unit provided. Central heat. Pets up to 50lbs allowed with a $250 pet fee and $50/month pet rent. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal. There is a $50 application fee per adult, deposit is $995, and if approved there is a one time administrative fee of $150.
