Property Id: 2924246 Lovely old little home on a large lot. New carpet in bedrooms and fresh paint throughout the whole house. Detached garage parking and storage. Heating for the entire house comes from a Toyo stove (pictured in the living room) and onsite 200 gallon kerosene tank. The large yard is fenced entirely and available for use in a variety of ways. House is close to Harbor Isles Fitness Center, Klamath Lake shoreline and Klamath Yacht Club. Tenant responsible for water and electric. Pets allowed with pet rent per month per animal, call to discuss. If interested please fill out the basic questions through the link in this posting as well as sending me a text message. I will contact you to complete a background and credit check. Heads up that the website charges around $20 for this.
