Hello, I am looking for a short term summer renter for the months of May through August. The unit is in a brand new building which opened only 6 months ago. The location is a 10 minute bus ride to UBC (9, 14, 99), walking distance to grocery stores (no Frills, IGA, Safeway), beaches, parks, and all of the shops along Broadway and 4th. This unit is on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor building and has two rooms, each with a large window which get plenty of sunlight. The unit is furnished and includes beds, closets with plenty of drawers, a desk in each room, washer and dryer in suite, gas stove, dish washer, deep sink, gas oven, microwave, couch, bar stools, cooking tools, dishes/glasses, large TV, office chair, and wireless high speed internet. Both rooms are very close in size, one room has a private attached bathroom with a bathtub/shower in it while the other bathroom has a stand-up shower. All of the appliances are brand new and there are also 2 large storage spaces available which currently have nothing in them. The kitchen and living room are open and there is a small balcony. This ad is for the entire flat for the 4 summer months of May through August and is great for a UBC student or young professional who doesn't want to live in a basement.
