Located in a wooded residential neighborhood in the desirable Fern Valley area of Idyllwild, this ground-floor unit has new paint, window coverings, bedroom flooring, and fixtures. Luxury vinyl in the bedroom, tile throughout the rest of the unit. Includes a second room for a home office. New dual pane windows will be installed prior to occupancy. New inside washer/dryer will be included. Unit includes a spacious private patio overlooking wooded property. Water is included in the rent. 1-2 pets allowed depending on size and breed of dog. Certain dog breeds are not allowed. $500 pet deposit required. First month's rent and deposit due at signing. Owner pays for water, tenant is responsible for electricity. Landlord will credit back 20% of each electricity bill. Unit is on the ground level of a two-unit, split-level building. Upper unit is used as a vacation property by the owners. A 2nd single-story building on the property is also a vacation property for the owners. There is significant off-street parking space on site, but be advised that it is shared with owners and all parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 12-month lease preferred. Property will be shown by appointment only- weekends preferred.
