If we don't respond to you right away it is because we are working things out with current showings or with an applicant. Wonderful brick home in the highly desired Highland Park neighborhood. A great area for taking walks or going on bicycle rides. The location is close to Sugarhouse Park, the Tennis Club, downtown Sugarhouse with quick access to the freeway. The location is quiet and secluded. Original garage for storage. Central air. A private deck on the back to enjoy the Salt Lake summer evenings. Message me for a showing! This home does have wonderful and classic characteristics. The basement, however has a 4th bedroom that is quite small and the bathroom is mostly a half bath. While there is a shower in that bathroom its not one that is frequently used. Monthly gross income must be 3x rent to qualify. Credit score of 740 or higher to qualify. No cosigners. No more than 3 unrelated adults per SLC code. Pets negotiable with non-refundable pet deposit and monthly pet fees. Laundry machines in unit. Tenants responsible for gas, electric, internet and a $50/month fee to cover water use (subject to change pending usage).
