Great thought and detail was placed in every corner of this fully furnished studio. The living area features a 58" Roku smart TV, a pullout couch for extra sleeping arrangements, an electric fireplace to keep warm or just for that cozy cabin feel. And plenty of warm lighting to elevate your mood. The kitchenette has all of the essentials with plenty of glassware, plates and utensils along with pots, pans and other cookware along with lots of additional storage in the white shaker cabintry. Enjoy your morning coffee from the keurig at the bar along with a microwave. Light peeps through the kitchen bay window illuminating the space with blinds for additional privacy. The vessel sink rests on the same granite slab that the kitchen countertop was cut from and is adorned by the waterfall faucet. The sleeping area features a full bookcase around the entire bed, which also has a built in closet that houses hangers and also an ironing board. The bed itself is a queen memory foam mattress that also has a hybrid memory foam/quilted mattress topper for a cloud-like experience. Along the base of the bed are pullout drawers for extra storage. The headboard has two swinging-arm lights for reading. The bathroom features a real wooden slat ceiling to bring the outside elements, inside. And lastly the shower features a waterfall shower head along with a handheld sprayer. Bathroom essentials such as soap and shampoo are provided, along with toothbrushes and razors, just in case. Internet, water, sewer, electric utilities and lawn care are an additional flat rate of $150 per month. Additionally, free shared laundry is available for all units, conveniently located in the entrance area to Unit B. One parking spot is available in the driveway with additional street parking available. Pets are welcome, breed and weight restrictions may apply. Application fee $55 per person 18 and over. Lease Term: 12 months. If your application is approved, we require the lease to be signed and the security deposit to be dropped off to our Riverside office in the form of a cashier’s check or money order within 48 hours. There is also a one-time $100 lease administration fee due when the security deposit is dropped off. This fee is not based on the number of applicants. MINIMUM CRITERIA: VERIFIED GROSS INCOME MUST BE AT LEAST 3 TIMES THE MONTHLY RENT. ALL TENANTS 18 YEARS OR OLDER MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION. MINIMUM CREDIT SCORE OF 550. ADDITIONAL $500 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ONE PET. $100 ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT PER PET. THERE WILL BE A $35 MONTHLY PET RENT APPLIED PER PET. Vinyl Plank
