Offering a room with a view of the river! You would be sharing the ground level with myself as your roommate! The atmosphere in the house is laid back and tidy. No pets. No smoking. Included in rent: -BiWeekly Housekeeping -All utilities (including unlimited WiFi) -Room, some storage inside, storage outside -fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) -rest of house is fully furnished (no room for extra furniture) -parking -washer and dryer Available immediately. Relax by the river this summer in our huge, private backyard. The closest you'll get to a country atmosphere while still being so close to the city. Your room has huge built in closet and drawers. For storage we also have some space elsewhere inside and lots of dry space outside in our shed. Thanks for reading!!
