Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, dressers, smart TV Den: 1 Pull-out twin bed, couch, smart TV Dining room: Dining table with seating for 4 (or 6 if using counter stools). Living room: Smart TV, large couch, two armchairs, books, games, puzzles. Small enclosed lanai with preserve views and seating for 3. Kitchen: Gas stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, French press, blender, cooler. Garage: 2 adult bikes, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, pickleball paddles, drying rack, shark teeth sifter. Misc: Washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, pool/beach towels.
