STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. Both guest rooms are furnished with queen sized beds, overlook the sound, have direct access to private bathrooms, and include smart TV’s. A spiral staircase leads you to the large, lofted area that overlooks the living room below. Furnished with four twin beds, this versatile area lends itself to many uses and can be enjoyed by all age groups. The complex offers ground level storage for all your beach equipment for a convenient and hassle-free stay. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
