About 250 Rue Darche #405
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from mid/end of April to end of June as I have to move back home to Vancouver in mid april. It's a 4th floor 4-1/2 in Sherbrooke (7 min car ride or short walk to the #2 bus stop & a 10 min ride to BU and #14 bus right out front that goes to UdeS), pet friendly, I currently have a cat & a dog. Friendly neighbours and nice neighbourhood, theres a park right across the street. Close to amenities. Big rooms, I have a queen size bed in the master bedroom and second bedroom. Big bathroom with washer & dryer hookups, but also laundry in the building. Theres also tons of storage space, 7 closets in total, and 6 sets of cupboards in the bathroom. The building also provides free hot water, wifi & parking. I pay around $45 a month for heating. I'm also selling most of my furniture & the appliances I have, practically ready to move in! Perfect for roommates or one person who likes lots of space lol. There's also a chance to renew the lease at the end of June if you want! Il est une 4ème étage 4-1 / 2 à Sherbrooke (7 min de trajet en voiture ou à quelques pas du n ° 2 arrêt de bus et à 10 min de trajet pour BU et # 14 bus juste devant qui va à UdeS), les animaux sont accepter. voisins aimables et beau quartier, il y a un parc en face de l'appartement. Proche des commodités. Les chambres sont grandes, j'ai un lit queen dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre. Grande salle de bains avec capacité pour un laveuse et sécheuse, mais aussi du linge dans le bâtiment. Il y a aussi tonnes d'espace de stockage, 7 placards au total, et 6 ensembles de placards dans la salle de bains. Inclus dans le loyer est l'eau chaude, wifi et parking. Je paie environ 45 $ par mois pour le chauffage. Je suis également la vente de la plupart de mes meubles et les appareils dont je dispose! Parfait pour les colocataires ou une personne qui aime beaucoup d'espace. Il y a aussi une chance de renouveler le bail à la fin de Juin, si vous voulez!
