It is within 20 min to Bay St. Louis, Waveland and Pass Christian. 30 minutes to Gulfport, Slidell and 60 minutes to New Orleans by way of I-10. The property has 2 2nd floor bedrooms and with ensuite bathrooms. It is fully furnished. Hardwood floors, fireplace with electric heat, rear porch overlooking golf course, high speed internet, 2 parking spaces, smart tvs, security system and both carbon monoxide detectors with fire extinguishers. All appliances are included with the home including microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils. The Owner prefers a 12 month lease but would consider a 6 month lease. It's available for rent April 1, 2026
