This fully furnished property is two blocks from the Oyster Company boat landing, three blocks to Calhoun Street, and a three-minute golf cart ride to the Promenade, this cottage home is located right on the corner of Wharf and Lawrence Street. This home has a very open floor plan, all appliances, and beautiful solid flooring that runs throughout the main living area and master bedroom. The master bedroom is spacious with a king-sized bed, its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. You also have two guest bedrooms, one with two twin beds, and the other with a queen-sized Murphy bed. Both are connected by a jack and Jill bathroom. There is ample outdoor living space, including two screened-in porches. Enjoying the beautiful weather of the Lowcountry is made easy in this home. Three to four month lease term being offered. Landscaping, wifi, pest control and utilities are included. The privacy fence does not enclose the yard and is not a suitable containment area. One small, mature, housebroken dog under 20 lbs. may be considered with a non-refundable pet fee of $500.00 . No cats, puppies(under 3yrs old), aggressive breeds, or fish tanks. A pet fee will be required.
