About 24451 Willow Pass Dr #NA
Wonderful unique house on a completely fenced acre with oak trees and an incredible view in a family friendly gated community. Gambrel style home with huge windows and wood lined interior in a great location within the community. The separate garage is over sized. The kitchen is small but has a Jet-air electric range inset in a generous island, stainless steel sink, and a dishwasher. There is a good size loft (in addition to the three bedrooms), wood burning stove, in-house laundry hookups, charming deck and a detached garage that will accommodate an RV. Bear Valley Springs is halfway between Bakersfield and Palmdale/Lancaster. It is around 4,000 feet in altitude which means there are four seasons, fresh air and clear skies (look up the community on the internet). The amenities are extensive including a 9-hole golf course, Olympic size pool, gym, trails and more. We are looking for long-term responsible tenants. Please contact us for more details and be prepared to tell us about yourself. Renter pays for all utilities. Certain breeds of dog will not be accepted. A pet deposit may be charged in addition to the Cleaning and Security Deposit. No smoking, vaping, etc. Tenant is responsible for all landscape maintenance (which is very minimal) and septic tank pumping as necessary. Tenant must comply with all of Bear Valley Springs rules. Lease is for one year minimum but we are hoping you are planning to stay longer.
