The home is a mix of students and young professionals (21 people total) and is conveniently located in the heart of downtown State College, making it easy to walk anywhere you need to go. ------- PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a house that a group of friends can exclusively rent out for themselves. Any interested tenant MUST APPLY to the home individually. We do have friends apply and join together, but rarely large groups. The home is three stories above-ground with a large basement and has plenty of common space for community events and the occasional late-night brainstorming session.
