This home is fully furnished with one bedroom on the entry level, the kitchen and living room on the 2nd level and two more bedrooms on the third level. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is a 2 car garage and ONLY 2 vehicles can be parked in the complex. Unfortunately this is an HOA requirement and there are no exceptions. Vehicles parked improperly will be towed by the HOA.
