Quiet neighbourhood, close to 2 different bustops that will take you straight to downtown.... Hastings Sunrise is a 10 minute walk away, where there are coffee shops, pizza shops, 7-11, Hastings Liquor Store, Donalds' Market(groceries) lively cultural neighbourhood. Please no Pets. Laundry is in the building and it's $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. Hydro and utilities are included. Smoking is not permitted in the house....there's a lovely balcony to do so.
