To the left, past the kitchen, a short hallway that leads to the bathroom (on the right). Within, find your basic amenities and plenty of storage for linens. Tucked back in that hallway is another door (on the left) .. A small bedroom or office where you can work peacefully away from the madness of home life.. Back through the kitchen, you find a laundry area. Spacious enough for a families laundry to pile up for a couple of weeks. And last but not least, a mud room with exterior exit to the long and lovely back yard. Not totally fenced but enough to play or relax. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (Electric/Gas & Water).
