Located just a few blocks from downtown West Linn and Willamette Park. Excellent school area and a very nice neighborhood. Close to 205 and I-5. The house is pretty big. Upstairs has the three bedrooms and the two bath in addition to the living room, dining room area and kitchen. Downstairs has two huge rooms (450sf each). One of them has been used as a bedroom (does not have a door) and the other as a family room. Also downstairs, there is an additional narrow and long unfinished room that can be used as a movie theater, bowling, storage, etc. The backyard is large enough to have chickens and we used to have a goat who took take of the yard. But the best part of this house in my opinion is the deck and the view
