This beautiful home is inside the gates of Lake Monticello. The house offers main-level living. This home has gleaming hardwood floors, a lot of natural light. Its located Minutes from the Turkeysag gate and Beach 4. 30 mins to Charlottesville. Numerous high-speed internet options. Come see all the amenities Lake Monticello has to offer! The tenant must obtain electricity, Water/sewer, cable, and internet. The tenant will also be in charge of lawn care. To schedule a showing of this property, please contact the Office via email or phone. The house is tenant-occupied, so we'll need 72 hours' notice before a showing. The application fee is $50.00 per adult application after you have seen the property and wish to move forward with obtaining a lease.
