The laundry room has hook-ups for a washer and electric dryer with a countertop, sink, and many cabinets. The laundry room connects the garage to the entryway inside the home. There is additional storage space in the garage and a shed outside. Landscaping is desert oriented with desert plants, cacti, and hardscape. From the back patio, the view overlooks the valley and golf course. UNIT Information: hoa: San Diego Country Estates with community amenities.
