It opens up to a large living room with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. You also have a split bedroom plan. Master bedroom has a large walk in closet. Master bath has double sinks, walk in shower, a big soaking tub and separate toilet room. Enjoy your time on the covered back porch that looks over the private backyard that backs up to the greenspace. Indoor laundry room and 2 car garage. Entire house (exterior) just had the fresh new painting done in January 2026. Brand new carpets were installed in all rooms in February 2026. New dish washer and microwave oven were installed one year ago. New A/C unit was installed two years ago (with ecobee smart thermostat and Alexa). Great location and best schools! Landlord pays HOA fee and lawn mowing fee. Tenant pays utilities. One year lease. Last month's rent is due at signing. Additional pet fee and deposit is required for pet owners.
