Nicely laid out units, most have an open design between kitchen and living room, great for entertaining. There are laundry facilities on each floor at a cost of $25/mth for a single person and $40/mth for a couple which allows unlimited access to the laundry rooms (this is mandatory charge on top of the rent). There are 2 maintenance men on site daily, plus 24 hour emergency service. Friendly, knowledgeable landlord. There is also a bicycle locker. Off street parking is available for $35/mth.
