It consists of a large living room and kitchen area with a vaulted ceiling. The living room has sliding glass doors out to a fenced patio area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area with a stove and dishwasher provided by the property owner. Tenants must bring their own fridge or can pay an additional $40 per month to rent a fridge. There is a hall bathroom with 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with a full master bathroom. The property also has an attached one car garage and includes a chain linked fenced backyard. Washer and dryer hookups are available in the unit. Rent is $850 per month with an $800 security deposit, due in full at lease signing before keys and possession of the property will be given to the tenants One year minimum lease Tenant is responsible for all utilities, trash service Property owner pays for lawn care Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first two pets, $150 for each additional pet.
