Our home is ideally located on one of the nicest streets in the city. It is close to downtown Chelan. 1 block from the beach, 1 block to Safeway and Starbucks. Our home is not a vacation rental and they are not allowed in this neighborhood. We are looking for long term tenants who want to stay for an extended period of time and take care of our very comfortable home. Minimum one year lease. The neighborhood is neat and clean and the neighbors are friendly. There are 2 Bedrooms upstairs with a shared full bath. The newly remodeled kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and a separate dining nook. The living room is well lit with massive windows and open to the kitchen. The upstairs bath has been updated and remodeled. Downstairs includes a large Master suite with newly remodeled 3/4 bath (attached). There is a separate laundry room (with washer/dryer), remodeled media/family room and office. New Luxury Vinyl Plank has been installed throughout the downstairs. There is a storage/ workshop area in the mechanical room area. Parking is on the street in front of our home and behind the home accessible by the alley. The large fenced yard has an automatic sprinkler system and lots of grass and garden area. Yard maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher and Refrigerator are included. Please note: Water, sewer, and garbage are included. First, last and security deposit are required. Owner application must be completed, and signed. All requested documentation on application must be submitted with application. Credit report must be verified. There is no smoking in house. Maintenance of landscaping is required by tenant. Small dogs only and they must be interviewed by owner. Please send picture.
