It has a good size balcony. and comes with a single garage space and one assigned parking space. Springtime has two spa's and one swimming pool, picnic area, nice walkways surrounded with lush green landscaping, illuminated at night, it's just lovely. We pride ourselves in taking our responsibilities as landlords very seriously, so if you're the sort of person who likes the landlord to keep the property in good order, you will love us.
