Queen Ann Victorian located in downtown Prescott. Electric, gas, trash, water, and top shelf high speed internet will have a flat monthly fee of 350.00 in addition to the rent. Looking for a mature, quiet tenant with a demonstrated history of stability. Of course, a good credit score is helpful. If you are an individual who enjoys a quiet space and privacy, and respects the peace and privacy of others, this will be the perfect place for you. Listed on the historic registrar, according to City Hall records this home was built between 1900 and 1910. One of two units that will be rented, there is a short walk to the downtown square, Whiskey Row, Sprouts Marketplace, and a number of other restaurants, bars and points of interest. The interior color scheme is reminescent of Pablo Picasso's "Blue Stage", and with it's Art Deco accents, the color scheme is both calming and lively. Great pains have been taken to restore the woodwork throughout the house to accentuate it's character. The lighting for each room is superb, both during the day, where during summer the open windows can often offer a gentle, cooling breeze, and during the evening where the added auxiliary lighting makes the unit as seemingly bright as you would like. Enjoy the view of Thumb Butte out the front parlor window. This is truly a unique home, and this isn't even including the beautiful tree filled backyard, which provides a feeling of seclusion. There is a private shed designated for this unit on the side of the house for additional storage. Although smaller, this unit can definitely be comfortably lived in, especially with the numerous additional shelves that have been installed, the large walk-in bedroom closet, and the personal storage shed on the side of the house, the place feels bigger than it is. In addition, there is an entrance on the side of the house (in addition to the front entrance) away from anybody on the property for additional privacy. The pictures of the apartment are quite lovely, but it is even nicer in person. This is really a good spot in a perfect location..How did Panda House get its name? Many years ago a giant panda sat on top of a couch located on the front porch, and since then the name has stuck. The house is not affiliated with any groups or associations. AMMENITIES AND FEATURESAn additional 350.00 flat fee in addition to the rent each month will be added to pay for electric, gas, trash, water, sewer., and top shelf high speed internet where you can do your streaming. If you add the costs of these bills you'll find this is a fair charge, especially considering that at year's end there will be more energy increases that will not effect your flat 350.00 dollar monthly fee. Small to medium sized dogs, cats or other smaller animals are welcomed with the prior approval of the landlord. $350.00 pet deposit. In past years many animals have lived on the property and loved it. There is a 150.00 dollar internet modem deposit. The security deposit for the unit, any pet deposits and the internet modem deposit can be divided into two payments. Queen Ann Victorian cottage located in downtown Prescott. Electric, Gas and Trash and Water are included in the rent. According to City Hall records the home was built between 1900 and 1910. It is listed on the historical registrar. There is a short walk to the downtown square, Whiskey Row, Sprouts Marketplace and a number of other restaurants, bars, and points of interest. The interior is painted in the colors reminiscent of Pablo Picasso's "Blue Stage", which took place at approximately the same time the house was constructed. With it's Art Deco accents the color scheme has a calming effect with a lively twist. There is excellent added lighting throughout the unit, with two large walk-in closets and a separate, private storage shed on the side of the house. During the day there is pleasant natural light, and during the evening, with all the added auxiliary lighting the place can seemingly be made to be as bright as you would like. Open the windows during the summer and often you can find a pleasant, cooling breeze. The front porch will be your private area as it comes exclusively with your place. In the backyard there is an extensive array of stone patios and a bar with a refrigerator, grill, speakers and television. This is basically solely devoted to the person who rents this unit, including the large fire pit area. The 900 sq feet is an approximation of the apartment's size. With all the features of this newly renovated house combined with it's convenient downtown location, not to mention the elaborate backyard amenities, this is truly a special place. How did Panda House get it's name? Many years ago there used to be a giant stuffed Panda sitting on top of the couch on the front porch. Since then the name just stuck. Panda House is not affiliated with any group nor organization. AMMENITIES AND FEATUJRESThe rent does not include utilities.
