There is excellent added lighting throughout the unit, with two large walk-in closets and a separate, private storage shed on the side of the house. During the day there is pleasant natural light, and during the evening, with all the added auxiliary lighting the place can seemingly be made to be as bright as you would like. Open the windows during the summer and often you can find a pleasant, cooling breeze. The front porch will be your private area as it comes exclusively with your place. In the backyard there is an extensive array of stone patios and a bar with a refrigerator, grill, speakers and television. This is basically solely devoted to the person who rents this unit, including the large fire pit area. The 900 sq feet is an approximation of the apartment's size. With all the features of this newly renovated house combined with it's convenient downtown location, not to mention the elaborate backyard amenities, this is truly a special place.
