Balcony and peak a boo mountain views. The unit is on the 3rd floor, off the street, it is a quiet unit in a quiet building. I am a shift worker and with the blackout curtains I have always slept well day or night. The address is 231 E Pender St. It is available starting Sept 1, I am asking $2400/month, there is flexibility on the length of stay but I would prefer a minimum of 4 months, and it is only available until Nov 2027. I would prefer no pets, this is negotiable for the right tenant. Furnishing is slightly different than photos, will update (Dining table instead of chaise by window, dresser instead of shelves in guest bed.
