Online certifications are not accepted. Initial Lease Length preferred is: 6 or 18 months so owners can have this property on a spring/summer schedule and then 12 month lease available after that. However, this is not set in stone and the owners are open to another lease term with a strong application. Renter is to verify all information No utilities are included in the rental amount, however the home is on pressurized irrigation (owners pay for this), which saves hundreds in the summer months for exterior watering.
